DESIGN , SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF LOW IMPEDANCE GROUNDING & LP SYSTEM

- Plant Supplier: BRUCKNER Masschinenbau Gmbh & Co. KG, Germany
Following Jobs Done:
- Complete Soil Resistivity Mapping Done of the Plant Site
- Complete Design , Supply & Installation of Low Impedance (< 2 Ω) Grounding System for the Plant as per BRUCKNER’s requirement with following jobs
- Installation of ring foundation Strip-Earth Electrode around the building
- Installation of Vertical Cu Electrodes ( 26 x 6 Meters each) with GCEM
- Installation of Vertical Cu Electrodes (7 x 9 Meters each) with GCEM
- Bonding together all above with floor concrete steel rebar using Exothermic Welded Joints
- Grounding of Foundation Plates, Every Machine to a set of common Equipotential Bus Bars.
- Design Supply and Installation of Grounding System for Power House ( 7 MW)
- Design, Supply & Installation of Lightning Protection System for the Plant Building.
- Final Testing of the Complete Grounding System along with BRUCKNER Engineers.
